Google Adds Added Ranking Boost For Using Program Indexing API

Mariya Moeva, a Google Webmaster Styles Analyzer, declared today at SMX East that along with the program ranking boost Google declared on February 26, 2015, Google has found an added ranking boost for all those programs that use the new App Indexing API.

Mariya clarified that when a program uses this new API, Google can assemble added appointment information with that program to help discover how useful the program is to users.

Google hasn’t yet printed a blog post announcing this. Mariya said that’s because all of this is changing very fast. Along with the brand new ranking increase for utilizing the App Indexing API, Google announced a couple more things around program indexing at SMX East:

New iOS Google Indexing Documentation

Google came out around iOS program indexing with a brand-new group of documentation now. The brand new instruction manual can be found here and functions nicely with the brand new iOS 9 operating system.

We expect to get more on the brand new iOS program indexing instruction manual from Google soon.

New Search Games Console Characteristics For App Indexing

The Google Search Games Console has some new beta attributes that Program Indexing programmers can play with including:

(1) The capability to segment out Search Analytics data based on clicks on the search result links versus clicking on the install program button.

(2) The capability to draw as Google not only using the APK variant released on Google Play, but in addition by uploading an unpublished APK variation directly through the fetch as Google attribute.

(3) The fetch as Google results will now also demonstrate the entire API reaction including name, description, API URL and more.
